A NOTE ON THE FLEXIBILITY OF THIS ITINERARY
- Please note that our itineraries are flexible and we customize them according to your needs.
- Airport pick up and drop off are optional, meaning if you are already in Moshi or Arusha or you can arrange your own airport transfers, we can take them out of the price for this tour.
- Pre safari and post safari accommodation are optional.
We usually leave at around 7AM, so we expect you have breakfast before then at the hotel/lodge you will stay. Since Tarangire national park is after lake Manyara , will pass lake Manyara on day one and go straight to Tarangire national park. The drive from Moshi to Tarangire national park is approximately 4 hours, so we should arrive there at around 11 AM. After all entrance procedures, we will start our 2 hours game drive before lunch, then break for lunch at around 1PM. After lunch break, we will have 3 hours of game drive before heading to a hotel for an overnight stay.

2. Large amounts of elephants and learn about these wonderful and intelligent animals
3. The landscape of the park including its magical river that gives the name to the national park, the river is called Tarangire river.
4. Spot predators as they look for animals who go for water at Tarangire river
After breakfast leave for more game drives in Tarangire, Spend the day exploring the park. Lunch at the lodge or as picnic in the park. Later, drive to the lodge for clients to relax and overnight.

4. Spot predators as they look for animals who go for water at Tarangire river
After breakfast leave Tarangire with parked lunch and drive to an en-route game drive to Serengeti national park. Afternoon game drives in search for the predators and the herbivores the feed on the Serengeti Savannah. The Serengeti is the Giant of East Africa with a lot of Different animals and easy to spot most of predators in action compared to other national parks. Estimated driving time will be4- 6 hrs to central Serengeti where we will Finish our day and overnight.
After breakfast, we leave for a full day game drive in central Serengeti in search for large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed in the rolling plains of Serengeti savannah. The Park contains the largest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa, on a scale, which has no parallel anywhere in the world. There is abundance of herbivores. Serengeti is also famous for lions and contains a wide variety of birdlife, and with good chances also of seeing the predators at work. Lunch at the lodge/camp or as a picnic lunch while on game drive.
Highlight of Day 3 & 4.
1. Big herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe on an endless plain of Serengeti..
2. Many antelope, such as eland, topi, kongoni and impala.
3.All three big cats are easily seen. Lions are likely found on a kill.
4. Wildebeests in large groups and zebras in their famous annual wildebeest migration, when some 8 million hooves cross the open plains, as more than 1,500,000 wildebeests, 200,000 zebras and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelles join the trek for fresh grazing.
After breakfast, we will have another game drive in Serengeti in search for large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed in the rolling plains of Serengeti Savannah, and then leave and drive to Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight, Lunch at the camp or as a picnic lunch while on game drive. Estimated driving from Serengeti to Ngorongoro within the park is between 3-4hrs drive.
After breakfast, leave with picnic lunch and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater exploring the short grass plains of the largest intact caldera in the world. The crater enjoys its enduring charm stems from the overwhelming physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lions, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many games, then later in the late afternoon leaves the crater and drive back to Arusha then proceed to the airport for your departure flight. Estimated driving distance in hours is 4hrs drive to Arusha town.
Highlight of day 5 & 6
- The world’s Largest Caldera with wildlife inside it. ( The Ngorongoro )
- The majestic giraffe is one of Africa’s most stunning creatures and holds the distinction of being Tanzania’s very own national animal can be seen.

- Flamingo, Pink flamingoes are very common in Ngorongoro, Specifically in and around the crater’s lakes.
- Wildebeest called connochaes taurinus,gazelles ,Ellands zebras ,Waterbucks are among the others.
- Depature back to Arusha/Moshi.

After witnessing the largest number of elephants in Tarangire national park, it’s time to move to the fascinating Lake Manyara national park which is famous for having the highest concentration of elephants per square kilometers. We will your camp or lodge at around 8 after you have had your breakfast.

- Spot varieties of birds including the famous pink flamingos
- Large amounts of elephants and learn about these wonderful and intelligent animals
- The landscape of the park including its relationship with the Great Rift Valley wall, its alkaline lake and hot spring.
- Spot predators such as tree climbing lions.
The game drive at Lake Manyara national park will take approximately 4 hours after which we will start heading back to Moshi through Mto wa Mbu town, famous for its varities of cultural activities for you to learn a thing or two about Tanzanian tribes and their culture. You may also use the time at Mto wa Mbu town to buy your souvenirs.
